Óscar is an illustrator, author, graphic designer, and animator based in Aguascalientes, México. For 10 years, he devoted his creative expertise to raising awareness about forced displacement, migration, and other human rights issues as the Art Director of a local NGO. He has developed a wide variety of visual communication products seeking to spark positive change through meaningful narratives. Now, Óscar brings his passion for visual storytelling to children's literature, aiming to inspire engaged readers of all ages.
